I am finally finishing my 30 days of Blogging for God!  I know it took me much longer than 30 days, but I am happy that I finished.  And something else that I am happy about is the direction that my life is going right now!  I have made the decision to leave PetSafe and pursue my passion of doing my photography business full time!  This is a huge step for me (and my family!!) but with lots of prayer I feel like this is the best thing for me right now!  I will be working full time through sometime in July then I will work part time to get my replacement trained and then it’s off to the races!!  I was so nervous about making this decision.  I was afraid I wouldn’t be doing the right thing, that I might not make enough money to help support my family, that no one would agree with my decision…. But once I told my boss my decision, I felt like there was a weight taken off of me!  (Strange, I know, it should be the other way around!)  I am super excited and motivated about it!  And everyone I have told about this: friends, family, acquaintances; have all been super supportive and excited for me!  So, I have lots of things to do to get ready for this leap!  I am very happy that I will have some transition time between now and then to get things going!

My first event will be my first Thirty-One party as a Thirty-One consultant and a studio open house!  It will be Tuesday June 19th from 6pm-8pm at Studio B on Market Square and YOU are invited!  Here are the details:

What:  Thirty-One Party and Studio Open House for Mountain Mutt Media!  There will be drinks and snacks and a fun photo booth as well!  Kids are welcome and please bring a friend!  And if you bring a friend, you will be entered into a drawing to win a special prize!

When:  Tuesday June 19, 2012, 6pm-8pm

Where: Studio B, 9 Market Square, #201, Knoxville, TN 37902 (The studio is directly above Soccer Taco in Market Square.  You can park in the Market Square parking garage and come over to the studio.  When you get to Soccer Taco, you will want to go onto their patio and before you enter their front door, look immediately to your left.  You will see a door with Studio B on it and #201.  I will also have a sign on the door as well.  Go through that door and go up one flight of stairs and turn right and you are there!)

RSVP: Please RSVP to Jennie at or 865-712-7892!  (I just want to have an idea of how many people will be there for food/drinks–if you decide last minute to come, that is perfectly fine!!)

Even though I have finished my 30 days of Blogging for God, I am not done!  I am not going to blog everyday (or even try to), but I am going to blog more often.  I have an adventure in front of me and I’m gonna need your support!

So, until then, I’m off to experience Bonnaroo for the first time this weekend!  So excited about it and I’ll have plenty of stories for you when I get back!
