Today was a great day in Knoxville, TN!  It was the official opening of the PetSafe Downtown Dog Park!  Despite the heat, there was an amazing turn out to welcome the 4th dog park to Knoxville.  Mayor Haslam; Randy Boyd – CEO and founder of PetSafe; Joe Walsh – City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation Director; Tim Adams – Director of Young Williams Animal Center and Teresa Jennings – CAIT and University of TN College of Veterinary Medicine all spoke about the importance of having dog parks as part of our community.  Randy Boyd challenged each and every one of us to do our part to keep Knoxville as The Most Pet Friendly Community!
